OUR COMMITMENT AND RETURNS POLICY It is our goal to make your product purchases completely satisfactory. If you decide that you do not want your product for any reason within 10 days of receiving your order, you may exchange it or receive a full refund of the product cost. Returned products must be in saleable condition to receive a refund or make an exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges. Customers outside of the United States are responsible for all tariffs, duties and taxes associated with the order. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN Pack the merchandise to be returned in the original container or an equivalent sturdy carton or envelope. For exchanges, please advise us via email or phone call of what you want in exchange for the returns and we will send the exchange items to you as soon as we receive the returned merchandise. REFUNDS Once we receive the merchandise in saleable condition, we will issue a credit via the means of the original transaction.
