Our shipping policies are designed to provide our customers with fast delivery and reasonable shipping rates. Most orders will be shipped the same or next business day if the order is received before 1 pm Eastern Time. Shipments for orders over $125 are free within the continental USA. For shipments of orders under $125 within the continental USA, rates are calculated based on the total cost of the order. Shipments outside the continental USA, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, AOP and FPO, will be shipped according to the shipment weight to the destination. Customers may contact us via email or phone to obtain a quote for shipping rates. 

 CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE USA 

We are pleased to make the ETCHALL Glass Etching Products available to our customers outside the USA. To make this possible, we are now offering our products on another website, www.supplycraft.com, that will process international orders. Supply Craft will provide an estimate of shipping cost and process your order. If you want a more accurate freight cost, please contact us at orders@easyetching.com for a firm quote. We will hold orders for 24 hours before shipment in order for you to request the quote. If we do not receive the quote request, we will ship the order at the calculated postage rate of the US Postal Service, plus a small packaging charge. Please click here for international orders.
